From drop-off to delivery, every order follows the same careful process.
Drop Off & Intake
Bring your tapes and discs to our Porter Ranch drop-off (address sent after you order), or ask about pickup for large orders. We log every item and send a final quote before we start.
Digitization
We digitize each item carefully, repairing media as needed, and deliver MP4 files unless you ask for another format. If nothing usable can be recovered from an item, you're not charged for it.
Organization
Files are titled and organized so your family can actually find and enjoy them, not just a folder of unlabeled clips.
Delivery
Choose free Cloud Delivery, a private link to watch, share and download your videos for 60 days, or a USB drive (priced by total file size).

Simple per-item pricing that drops as your order grows.

Your total item count sets one rate for your whole order. Tapes, discs and cassettes of any format each count as one item.
